Vegan Lifestyle Coaching

Welcome!

My name is Margaret. I have launched my site with the hope, that I will be able to help you improve your health, well-being and eating habits, through which you will hopefully see the whole world differently.

With the change in our mindset, we can have an impact not only on the health of ourselves and those around us, but also protect the environment and the animals themselves.

Even if you’re not vegan, you have the same basic beliefs as vegans, since, you almost certainly find it wrong to take advantage, cause suffering, death to animals. This, as a starting point, will help you align your behavior and lifestyle with your beliefs.

If you thinking like that, but you just don’t have the knowledge and you don’t know how to get started I’ll be able to help you with that.

Becoming a vegan has never been easier than today!

Veganmode offers a personalized vegan lifestyle consultation where I will be able to give you advice on how to transition to a plant-based diet and vegan lifestyle with confidence and success! Feel free to contact me to help you make the transition and learn about this lifestyle.

Thinking about switching to a vegan lifestyle, but don’t know where to start? The transition to a vegan lifestyle is extremely uplifting, but it can be challenging at first. At the begining, a variety of situations can be overwhelming, it can seem like a serious challenge, and some guidance may be needed.

Veganmode was created in the hope of solving these dilemmas. Some people are motivated to switch to a vegan lifestyle for a variety of reasons, yet they leave because they feel isolated, overwhelmed, and not informed enough to make a healthy and uncomplicated transition. Some say the hardest part of becoming vegan is dealing with family, friends, colleagues who don’t understand the ethics of veganism and try to discourage or talk them out of it. This is often fueled by negative myths about the vegan diet. There are people who need more time to make a change, while others change overnight. Whichever way you choose, the point should be that you want to change!

These are the steps, I will help you with, to make the change as easy as possible:
"Veganism is a philosophy and way of living which seeks to exclude—as far as is possible and practicable—all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing or any other purpose; and by extension, promotes the development and use of animal-free alternatives for the benefit of animals, humans and the environment. In dietary terms it denotes the practice of dispensing with all products derived wholly or partly from animals." (The Vegan Society)

There are many ways to live a vegan lifestyle. However, all vegans agree to follow a plant-based diet that excludes all foods that comes from animals, such as all meats, dairy products, eggs and honey, also refraining from wearing, using all products of animal origin, products that have been tested on animals and places where they use animals to entertain people.
